On a S-facing slope. Marked as a circular feature (diam. c. 25m) on the 1842 and 1921 eds. of the OS 6-inch map and listed as 'Enclosure' in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). A slight oval grass-covered mound (dims. c. 29m N-S; c. 22m E-W; max. H 0.4m at N).
