What is recorded here
In low-lying reclaimed pastureland overlooking marshland to the E. Marked on the 1838 edition of the OS 6-inch map as a small circular enclosure (diam. c. 15m). No visible surface trace survives. The location suggests that it was not a ringfort; possibly a barrow.
