Hut site in Treanmore (corran By.)

In rocky pasture, on a break in a steep E-facing slope. The remains of an oval stone-built structure (int. diam. 5.8m x 4.6m) with sod-covered walls (T 1.7m; int. H 0.55m; ext. H 1m). The entrance (Wth 2.7m) is at E. The S and E portions of the interior are raised to compensate somewhat for the hillslope, however, the interior retains a gentle slope down to E.
