Knockearagh holds a collapsed hut inside the south quadrant of an ancient rath, its stony remains stretching ten metres before bushes swallowed the shape. The site suggests a small dwelling abandoned long enough for vegetation to erase its walls, leaving only a raised irregular scar in the earth. It is the kind of place where human life disappeared so completely that the land itself forgot the shape of the room.

In the S quadrant of a rath (KE067-007----). An irregular, raised, stony area (c. 10m NE-SW; c. 8m NW-SE), which is obscured by bushes, appears to be the remains of a collapsed hut.
