Hut site in Glenlough

In rough hill pasture, on a small terrace on the steep N-facing hillslopes overlooking Glen Lough. The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 8m) defined by the intermittent traces of an earthen bank (Wth 0.85m; H 0.05m). The level interior is raised (H 1m) at the N and is cut (D 1.2m) into the upslope at the S to compensate for the steep hillslope. The bank NW-NE is faced with intermittent traces of a stone revetment. There is another hut site (CO103-028002-) c. 8m to the SE.
