Hut site in Dromdeegy

This hut site is referred to in the 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork - vol. 1 West Cork' (1992, 223-4) under the entry (no. 2058) for a cashel (CO093-044----). The hut site is referred to in the entry as follows: 'Circular hut site (CO093-044001-) in SW quadrant (diam. 5m) defined by stone bank (H 0.5m).' The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
