Hut site in Canalough

On an E-W rough pasture ridge with occasional outcropping rock, at the edge of the seashore on the S side of Blackball Harbour. The remains of a rectangular hut site (6m E-W; 2m N-S) defined by a grass-covered bank (Wth 1m; H 0.5m) of earth and stone at the W and N and with a short return (L 0.5m) at the E. Elsewhere the bank is eroded leaving a scatter of stones in the interior. Another hut site (CO127-050002-) is c. 40m to the E.
