What is recorded here

Hurbottle Castle is a 19th-century schooner lost in Aberdeen Bay, its exact position known only within a kilometre. The ship may have carried goods, people, or secrets now drowned beneath the North Sea, while the castle name suggests a grander identity than a trading vessel. Steel ribs and wooden decks probably lie buried in sand, waiting for a storm to reveal them or a diver to find them.
