Terraced two-bay two-storey house with attic accommodation, built c.1880. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack, rooflight to north pitch and flat roofed dormer to south pitch. Rendered walls with moulded render stringcourse to first floor. Square-headed window openings with painted sill and replacement uPVC windows. Bay windows to south elevation. Square-headed door opening with timber surround, console brackets and cornice to timber panelled door with overlight. Fronts directly onto street.
This building's size and scale are in keeping with the neighbouring houses on the streetscape. The simple door surround is a well designed and executed feature which adds character.
