Semi-detached two-storey over basement house with dormer attic, c. 1835; brick door surround, c. 1900. Replacement asbestos slate mansard roof having gabled dormers with decorative barge boards. Painted rendered walls.
Entered from Summer Hill, but with main façade facing south over city, this building is situated on an elevated position and retains timber sash and coloured glass windows.
