Detached three-bay two storey house, built c.1920, with recent extensions (north and south). Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls with plinth. Square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber panelled door.

The form of this building is in keeping with the style of Congested Districts Board houses, built from 1891-1923 in an attempt to improve living standards throughout Ireland. The simple façade retains its original character, having a centrally-located door and symmetrical fenestration. As a whole, this structure, with its remote its location overlooking the sea makes a positive contribution to the local landscape.
