Semi-detached four-bay two-storey house, built c. 1885, having attic accommodation with dormer window, gabled end bay with bay window to west and conservatory to front (south) elevation. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and timber bargeboards to gabled end-bay. Rendered walls. Round-headed opening to gabled-end bay to attic and dormer having replacement uPVC windows. Square-headed openings with replacement uPVC windows. Those to first floor having continuous render sill course, those to ground floor with render sills. Round-headed opening to rear (east) elevation having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash window with coloured glass to margins. Square-headed openings to rear having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Round-headed opening to front having overlight and timber panelled door. Roughcast rendered wall to rear yard having square-headed opening with timber battened door.

Built as part of a group of four, the varied form of this house with bay windows, dormer windows and steeply pitched gables helps to create a visually appealing composition. The timber bargeboards add decorative interest to the building.
