Terraced one-bay three-storey rendered house, built c. 1860. Part of a terrace of four. Pitched slate roof, unpainted smooth-rendered corbelled chimneystack, cast-iron gutters on drive-in brackets on corbelled eaves course. Unpainted smooth-rendered ruled-and-lined walling. Square-headed window openings, painted reveals, painted masonry sills, varnished hardwood casement windows. Round-headed entrance doorway, hardwood panelled door c. 1990, sunburst fanlight. Street-fronted on hill.
This modest dwelling contributes to the coherence of the terrace in which it is sited.
