Terraced two-bay two-storey local authority house, built c.1930. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with concrete sills and six-over-six sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber boarded door. Roughcast boundary wall to front with rendered piers and flat iron gate.

A local authority house which is an excellent example of the scale and form of social housing in the mid twentieth century. It retains its original door and windows, which contributes considerably to its character.
