In undulating terrain on top of a low ridge within Railstown medieval settlement (TS061-126----), 12m W of the pond. A rectangular building (dims. 5.2m N-S; 10.4m E-W), aligned E-W, with an entrance (Wth 1.2m) on the E side. It is defined by an earthen bank with stone protruding (int. H 0.55m; ext. H 0.42m; Wth at top 1.1m; overall Wth 2.1m). A house (TS061-126003-) is located 15m to the N and another (TS061-126005-) lies 27.5m to the S. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 18 July 2012
