Terraced two-bay two-storey rendered house with ground floor shop premises, built c. 1890. Access door to first floor located to south of frontage. Now in commercial use. Pitched artificial slate roof, roof light on front slope c. 2000, cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted smooth-rendered front wall. Square-headed window openings to first floor, painted stone sills, two-over-two painted timber sash windows. Plain rectangular fascia sign over aluminium shopfront c.2000. Square-headed door opening with painted timber surround consisting of ducart panels supporting pedimented cornice, plain overlight, painted timber four-panel door. Street fronted on slight incline.
This building represents an attractive amalgamation of the old and new, with a modern shopfront co-existing with an ornate timber doorcase adding considerable visual interest to the street.
