Corner-sited end-of-terrace two-bay three-storey house, c.1750, with outshoot toilet to side elevation. Now also in use as retail outlet. Double-pitched and hipped roof, natural slates, iron ogee gutters, rendered chimney stack - tall square and broad. Nap rendered walls, painted, cantilevered timber-clad toilet projection, c.1910. Stone cills, single pane deal sash windows - first floor, timber casement windows - second floor, full width shopfront, c.1990 of timber fixed window and half-glazed door. Jostle stone to site.
