Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c.1840. The façade is finished in unpainted render whilst the pitched roof is slated and has a rendered chimneystack. The entrance consists of a panelled timber door with plain rectangular fanlight. The windows are flat-headed and have two over two timber sash frames, and painted stone sills. Cast-iron rainwater goods. The building has a street frontage.

A rare example of a largely intact domestic property within the heart of Arklow’s largely commercialised Main Street.
