Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, c.1825. Now disused. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on slightly overhanging rendered eaves. Unpainted roughcast walls over random rubble stone construction with painted rendered quoins to corners, and unpainted roughcast lime rendered wall to rear (north) elevation. Square-headed window openings (one round-headed window opening to rear (north) elevation) with cut-limestone sills, concealed red brick dressings, and timber sash windows having one-over-one timber sash window to round-headed opening incorporating margins having stained glass panels. Square-headed door opening with concealed timber lintel supporting red brick voussoirs, and timber panelled door. Set back from line of road in own grounds. (ii) Detached four-bay two-storey outbuilding, c.1825, to north. Reroofed, c.1950. Pitched roof with painted replacement corrugated-iron, c.1950, iron ridge, and no rainwater goods. Remains of unpainted fine roughcast lime rendered walls over random rubble stone construction with dressed limestone quoins to corners. Square-headed door openings (including loading doors to first floor) with timber lintels, and iron doors. (iii) Detached four-bay single-storey outbuilding with half-attic, c.1825, to north. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and no rainwater goods on dressed stone eaves. Remains of unpainted roughcast lime rendered walls over random rubble stone construction. Square-headed window openings with no sills, timber lintels, and louvered timber panel fittings. Square-headed door openings with timber lintels, and timber boarded doors.

A modest-scale farmhouse retaining the original composition attributes together with most of the early fabric, thereby contributing positively to the character of the locality. Forming a neat self-contained group with a collection of modest-scale agricultural ranges of rustic, almost vernacular quality the resulting ensemble makes a pleasing visual statement in a rural setting.
