In the SW quadrant of a poorly preserved cashel (CL002-019001-) on Scanlan’s Island. A sheltered location, accessible at low tide from the mainland to NE. A rectangular house (L 6m E-W; Wth 3.5m; H 0.81m) of indeterminate date defined by an overgrown pile of stones on top of which a few cleared field stones are piled.
