At the E base of the foundations of Binroe Castle (CL009-014002-). The foundations of a house (int. dims. 6.5m E–W; 7.4m N–S) defined by grass-covered collapsed walls (Wth 1.5–2.5m; H. c. 0.5–1.3m). There is no visible doorway or other feature. From this structure’s NW corner the footing of another wall extends W (L 4m) before turning N (est. L c. 10m) and fading out. The foundations of another house of indeterminate date (CL009-014001-) lie immediately W of the castle mound.
