Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1850, with concealed basement. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Ruled and lined rendered walls. Timber panelled door, with stone step and overlight. Timber single pane sash windows with ogee horns.

The modest proportions of this terraced house are deceptive as it has a concealed basement. This house forms an integral part of a terrace of houses, all which have similar street, roof and windows lines. The survival of some original features contribute to the significance of this terrace.
