End-of-terrace three-bay four-storey premises, c. 1790; one of pair; now in use as Bord Failte office. Pitched roof, Velux rooflights, rendered chimney stack, fibre-cement tiles, parapet wall to façade. Moulded cornice to parapet. Painted render finish to upper floors having square headed openings with cills and moulded architraves. Refenestrated in 1993 with timber sliding sash one over one windows. Modern timber shopfront.

Imposing Georgian building on one of Cork's main thoroughfares. Although having its shopfront remodelled, it is distinctive in terms of typical Georgian scale and proportion, and makes a significant contribution to the streetscape.
