Detached five-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c. 1800. half-hipped corrugated-iron roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls. Square-headed one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, having decorative external timber shutters. Windbreak to entrance with rounded roof and having lined-and-ruled rendered walls, and timber panelled door with overlight. Garden to front of house with hedge and rendered boundary wall. Rendered square-profile piers to garden gate and to vehicular gate, with panel detailing, having decorative wrought-iron gate to garden and double-leaf steel gate to yard. Ranges of multiple-bay single-storey outbuildings to east and west sides of house and extending to road edge, having stepped-profile pitched corrugated-iron roofs and rendered walls. Haybarns to rear of house, having steel stanchion supports and rounded corrugated-iron roofs.
