Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1900, retaining original fenestration to first floor. Renovated and remodelled, c. 1930, with additional door opening inserted to ground floor and render façade enrichments added. Pitched slate roof with cement copings to gables and red brick gable chimneystack having sawtooth courses. Painted rendered walls with raised render quoins. Painted sills and render hood mouldings to openings. Timber one-over-one pane sliding sash windows and timber panelled doors with overlights. Some ground floor openings remodelled. Street frontage.
