What is recorded here
End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey house, built c.1860. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystacks. Rendered walls. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Rendered shopfront with pilasters supporting an entablature retaining original overlight.
This modest house is a positive addition to the streetscape, due to the scale and form of the building. The building retains many interesting features and materials, such as the timber sash windows, and simple render shopfront.
