Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house over basement, built c.1820, having two-storey return to rear. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings having timber sliding sash windows, three-over-six pane to first floor and six-over-six pane to ground floor, with render surrounds and stone sills. Elliptical-arch opening with timber panelled door, fanlight, sidelights and render doorcase with render roll-moulding and engaged columns, set within concave opening, approached by flight of limestone steps.

This late Georgian house is an interesting part of the small lane on which it is situated. It is of apparent architectural design with well-executed elements, such as the fine recessed doorcase with sidelights, and is considerably enhanced by the retention of timber sash windows.
