Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c. 1930. Pitched tiled roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows, one being tripartite six-over-six flanked by two-over-two. Square-headed opening with replacement timber panelled half-glazed. Rendered square-profile piers to site entrance.
