Terraced two-bay two-storey red brick house, built 1865, retaining timber sash windows and tripartite window to ground floor and basement, recessed round-headed door-opening with glazed timber entrance door with simple fanlight, entrance steps and solid parapet. Slate pitched roof with single gabled dormer. Small garden area to front and enclosed area to rear, access from private lane off Blackrock road.
Terraced late nineteenth-century house in unusual setting on terrace off main road; although much altered forms part of unusual and attractive terrace of red-brick houses.
