Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c. 1870, possibly with return to rear to south. Attached three-bay single-storey lean-to outbuilding, built c. 1900, at right angles to east with corrugated-iron roof. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Painted rubble stone walls. Timber two-over-two pane sliding sash windows with stone sill. Off-centre door opening with replacement timber door. Gateway set in rendered walls, c. 1870, to north comprising pair of rendered piers with hoop iron gates. Entrance to rear yard to east of house with recessed gateway.
