HMS *Loch Fada* was a frigate of the Royal Navy, launched in 1943 as part of the *Loch*-class flotilla. It was lost in 1971 off Luce Bay, Solway Firth, likely due to a collision or grounding; no lives were lost, and its wreck remains a noted maritime archaeological site.
