Corbet in Tullyconnaught remained a lived-in settlement long after the medieval era ended. People probably built rooms, dug trenches and marked boundaries there because the land suited human ambition. The exact layout has faded, but the name still points to a place where ordinary life repeated itself until memory slipped away.
