Castle Park Camp is a prehistoric univallate oval enclosure on a hilltop in West Devon, built between 900 BC and 300 BC. Its north and west ramparts still stand one to two metres high, while the south east has vanished under the plough. The earthwork measures 150 by 85 metres, bisected by a field bank that now marks the edge of the scheduled part. Gaps in the rampart may be ancient entrances or later timber tracks, and brambles still hide the interior from easy view.
The National Heritage List for England records Hilltop enclosure known as Castle Park Camp, 720m north west of Pomphlett as a scheduled monument. The saved point comes from the centre supplied by the official record. Listing does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
