Handball alley, built 1948, with ivy-covered rendered mass- or reinforced concrete boundary wall to perimeter having rounded coping. Now disused. Set in overgrown grounds.
An ivy-enveloped handball alley erected by Charles ""Charlie"" McGee (1913-80) representing an interesting component of the twentieth-century architectural heritage of Newport.
