What is recorded here

Greenhead is a possible medieval tower house in the Scottish Borders, recorded only as a point accurate to the nearest ten metres. It may have stood as a private defensive home before the land became ordinary, but no visible chamber or gate remains certain. The name still suggests a head of green ground, where stone and grass both claimed the same place.

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Greenhead as Tower House (medieval)(possible). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
