What is recorded here
Kilmaneeve in Ballynageeragh, County Antrim, holds a graveyard whose age and story have slipped from human memory. The land may have swallowed names, marriages and feuds while men and women lived beside it. Forgetting does not empty the place; it returns ownership of the dead to the soil and sky.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as GRAVEYARD: KILMANEEVE. Recorded period: UNCERTAIN. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.
The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
