Graveslab in Townparks holds two limestone markers inside St. Mary's graveyard, one possibly belonging to William Hynes in the seventeenth century. The older slab rises with a gabled top, a Celtic cross cut through its centre and a smaller Latin cross perched above the circle. The second lies cruder and taller to the east, its plain cross barely visible in the grass. Neither stone speaks loudly, yet both preserve the quiet patience of people who believed death should still be marked with care.

Two gravemarkers in St. Mary's graveyard (LH017-101025-). One to William Hynes is possibly of seventeenth century date. It is a limestone slab (H 0.6m, Wth 0.38m, T 0.05m), gabled on top with an incised Celtic cross and a small Latin cross on top of the circle. To the E of the church (LH017-101007-) there is a gravemarker (LH017-101027-) of uncertain date set in the ground. It is a crude limestone slab (H 0.8m, Wth 0.4m) with an incised Latin cross.
