Grave Yd. is a children's burial ground immediately south of a Galway church, marked by small east-west stones inside a ruined earthen bank. Bulldozers exposed adult bones beside the child graves, suggesting the yard may have held more than local belief admits. The church and graves may have shared one old boundary, with the children simply remembered longest.

Immediately S of a church (GA004-002----). On 1st ed. of OS 6-inch map, the church is shown within a small unnamed triangular-shaped enclosure (GA004-002003-) but by the time of 3rd ed. (1930), this has become subcircular (N-S c. 30m, E-W c. 25m) and is labelled 'Grave Yd.'. What survives is a subcircular enclosure (N-S 26.6m) originally completely enclosed by a tree-lined earthen bank (Wth 2.2m, H 1.1m max.). This is still intact from S through W to N but has been reduced elsewhere to a scarp by recent bulldozing. A gap at W could be original. Within the overgrown and rubble-strewn interior, and immediately to S and W of the church, some small set stones are still visible indicating graves oriented E-W. According to local information, this graveyard is believed to be a CBG, though some adult human bones were noticed during the bulldozing. Whether the encircling enclosure is associated with it or the early ecclesiastical enclosure (GA004-002002-) is unclear.
