Located in a level landscape. The remains of St. Nicholas' church (ME025-005----) are within a rectangular graveyard (dims c. 50m NW-SE; c. 40m NE-SW) defined by earthen banks with outer masonry walls or facings. The graveslab (ME025-005002-) is in the nave, and the cross (ME025-005003-) is across the road to the SE in Milltown townland but was not noted in 2014.

Medieval Christian cemetery; associated with a 15th- to 16th-century church. Significant as a religious and burial site reflecting the ecclesiastical landscape of the period.
