Inside the ancient cashel at Grange, a narrow rectangular patch holds small plain stones scattered without pattern. They mark children buried across centuries, their tiny graves clustered where adults never intruded. The haphazard arrangement suggests love rather than surveying, each stone placed quickly by grieving parents who believed the land already understood the difference between child and adult death.

Within the S sector of the interior of a cashel (GA115-052----). This children's burial ground consists of an unenclosed rectangular area (16m x 3m) within which a number of small plain set but haphazardly arranged headstones are visible running on a N-S alignment.
