Goultrop Roads is a coastal rock feature composed primarily of Silurian greywacke, formed around 440–420 million years ago through sedimentation and compression in an ancient marine environment. The area is notable for its resistant rock formations that have withstood coastal erosion, contributing to the dramatic sea cliffs characteristic of Pembrokeshire's coastline.
