What is recorded here

Dressed ashlar limestone boundary wall, four ashlar limestone piers each with recessed panels moulded cornice and fluted urns, decorative cast-iron panelled railings. Adjoining property to east stepped back.
An outstanding and over-scaled boundary wall, gate piers and railings fronts a very unassuming house, suggesting that the original house has either been radically altered or replaced completely. The construction of the walls and piers reveals high quality craftmanship, while the survival of the decorative cast-iron panelled railings add considerably to the appearance of the streetscape of Chapel Street.
