Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1870, having canted end-bays. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Painted rendered walls with render quoins. Square-headed openings having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows with render sills. Square-headed opening having render entablature, cornice and overlight and half-glazed timber panelled door.
This house is enhanced by render details such as the entablature and quoins which articulate its form. The building forms a pleasing feature in the landscape.
