One stone is missing from Gallauns. The first survey mapped two; the second mapped one. The loss may be a fall, a removal, or a drawing error, but the gap changed the place from a pair into a loneliness. The remaining gallaun still stands broad and low in boggy pasture, pointing northeast and southwest like a sentence broken in the middle.

Two stones shown on OS 6-inch maps, one now remains. Stone (H 1.45m; 0.85m x 0.62m) is rectangular in plan, long axis NE-SW.
