In pasture. Overgrown horseshoe-shaped mound of burnt material (L 7m; Wth 7m; H 0.6m); opening (Wth 2.2m) faces ESE. Opening possibly deepened by removal of burnt material. Second fulacht fiadh (11671) c. 120m to SE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
