Fulacht fia in Gortakeeran

In wet pasture. A low circular grass-covered mound (18m N-S; 15m E-W; H 0.6m) of heat-shattered stones and dark soil with broadly sloping sides. The mound is distinguished by the absence of the rushes which cover the rest of the field.
