Field system in Treanscrabbagh

In rocky pasture, on a W-facing slope in the Bricklieve Mountains and adjacent to a cashel (SL040-082001-). A ruinous discontinuous sod-covered field boundary (Wth 1.4m; H 0.6m), of similar construction to the cashel wall, is evident on the N side of the cashel. A second more continuous field boundary (Wth 1.2m; H 0.5m) of limestone and sandstone is adjacent to the S side of the cashel. A passage tomb (SL040-097001-) and two short cists (SL040-097002-) lie c. 80m to E.
