In rough fern and gorse-covered grazing, on the dry, S-facing slopes of Killelane Mountain with views across Dolus Bay to Valencia Island. Intermittent stretches of relict field walls (max. T 0.8m; max. H 0.6m) occur in an area (c. 325m E-W; c. 300m N-S) which is bounded by linear townland boundaries at S and W. The walls are both linear and curvilinear and are often obscured by gorse and ferns. (O'Sullivan and Sheehan 1996, 405, no. 1308)
