Field boundary in Dromroe (glanarought By.)

In rough hill pasture, on an E-facing slope overlooking the valley of the Dromoghty River. The remains of collapsed stone field walls (T 0.8m; H 0.6m) protrude intermittently above the surface of the bog in a roughly rectangular area (c. 220m NW-SE; c. 215m NE-SW). Many stones are set at right angles to the line of the walls. Two enclosures (KE101-092003-, KE101-092005-) and a hut site (KE101-092002-) are within this network of field walls.
