Nine hundred stones mark a vanished line on the Cork ridge, leaning into the wind where grass and rain have forgotten the shape of a field. The boundary turns northeast near its top, half-enclosing drier ground as if someone had drawn a room in the mountain and then left the roof open. It stands no higher than a ankle, yet it refuses to disappear.

This relict field boundary survives to a length of c.90m and runs partly up a south facing ridge of rough, mountain grazing. Close to the northern limit it turns to the northeast and finishes partly enclosing an area of drier ground. Built from random field stones it survives to a maximum height of c.05m.
